By creating an account or using FenceFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FenceFlow is software for fencing contractors to draw fence layouts, estimate materials, schedule and run jobs, track crew time, and record payments. It is a tool for your business. It does not perform the work, supply materials, or provide professional advice.
Quantities are generated from the line you draw, the scale you set, and the specifications and prices you enter. Errors in any of those produce errors in the result. Site conditions, waste, slope, obstructions, and supplier availability are not accounted for automatically.
You must verify every estimate before relying on it. We are not responsible for material shortages, over-ordering, mispriced quotes, or lost profit arising from figures produced by the app.
Fence height limits, setbacks, corner visibility rules, pool barrier requirements, permits, and HOA approvals vary by location and change over time. FenceFlow does not contain a legal code database and does not tell you what is permitted where you are working. Any reference material or external link in the app is general information, not legal advice. Confirming compliance is entirely your responsibility.
FenceFlow does not process payments and never holds your money. Card payments are handled by Stripe; your relationship for those transactions is with that provider under their terms, and their fees apply. We are not responsible for their availability, holds, chargebacks, payout timing, or account decisions.
Payment amounts recorded in the app are a record for your own bookkeeping. Where the app's figure and your provider's statement disagree, the provider's statement is the authoritative one.
FenceFlow generates contracts, estimates, invoices, and change orders from templates and from what you enter. These are starting points, not legal documents prepared for your situation. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. Contract requirements for home-improvement work — mandatory disclosures, cancellation rights, deposit limits, lien notices, warranty language — vary by state and by the size of the job, and getting them wrong can make a contract unenforceable or expose you to penalties.
Have a lawyer in your state review the contract template before you use it with customers, and edit the wording to match what your state requires. You are responsible for the documents you send out under your own business name.
Signatures captured in the app record that someone signed on a device at a time. Whether that constitutes a binding signature depends on your jurisdiction and the transaction.
Your business and customer data remains yours. We store and process it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export everything at any time from Settings, as spreadsheets that open outside this app, without asking us and without an active subscription. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy — note that deleted items sit in a trash bin until the account owner empties it.
Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The app has both an export and a backup feature; neither helps if it is never run.
We aim to keep FenceFlow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our hosting providers, and faults can interrupt access. Much of the app works offline on your device and syncs when a connection returns.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FenceFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost jobs, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully, and will give notice and a chance to export your data where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use FenceFlow after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and both parties consent to that venue.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
